Your Guide to Heatmaps
Heatmaps are now available in your People-Based Email (PBE) reporting dashboard.
Our Heatmaps show exactly where your audience is clicking and how each link is performing, giving you a clear view of how real people are engaging with your emails.

In Connect, navigate to the Reports tab. Then, click Dashboards.
Step 2:
Click into your PBE Dashboard.
Step 3:

First, you'll see the Link Percentage table, which categorizes your reporting by:
- Product ID
- Link ID (Each link is assigned a number)
- Note: The Link ID will correlate directly to the number on your heatmap.
- Link %
- URL
Step 5:
Below that, you will find the PBE Heatmap table. This categorizes your reporting by:
- Client

- Heatmap
Step 6:
To the left of your Heatmap, you’ll see a column labeled, “View Enlarged Heatmap”. Press the “Click to View” link to open it in full-screen.
Step 7:
Each link will be represented by a colored circle. Each color directly correlates to the amount of clicks received.
For example:
- Red circle = Highest performing link
