CHECK ORDER STATUS

Submit this ticket to inquire if an order has gone live, or if an order that is supposed to go live is stuck due to an open task. 

 

CREATIVE EDITS FOR CAMPAIGN THAT IS NOT LIVE

If your order is not live and you need creative edits, complete this ticket. If your order is live, you must request edits in Connect via an On Demand task. 

 

DEPLOYMENT STATUS ERROR

If you’re having trouble with your campaign’s deployment status, select this ticket. 

 

EDIT CAMPAIGN STATUS 

If you need assistance editing the status of your campaign, select this ticket.

 

EMAIL CANCELLATION

Fill out this ticket if you need to cancel an email order. 

NOTE: Email campaigns can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. After the 2-hour window has passed, campaigns will launch as scheduled and cannot be canceled.
