How to Upload Suppression Files to UnsubCentral

Step 1:

Go to the UnsubCentral URL and click on “Upload suppression list.”

Step 2:

Drop a suppression file from your computer or browse for a file. 

File Specifics:

• You may import .CSV or .TXT file formats containing one email per row
• Can include other fields, though they will not be stored
• Emails must be in plain text, not hashed
• The file must be UTF-8 encoded

Step 3: 

For smaller files, you can monitor your import in UnsubCentral.

For larger files, you may enter your email address to be notified when the upload is complete.

Step 4: 

To view import and export history, select Key Usage History.
