How to Submit Non-Email Orders

Follow the steps below to submit all non-email orders.

Step 1: 

Navigate to the Orders Tab and click Create New Order.

Step 2: 

Select your Business Unit from the dropdown menu at the top right.

If you are running a display campaign, please set up a pixel in advance here: https://support.withrealcustomers.com/index.php/pixel-request/ 

If Meta is part of your media plan, please fill out this form prior to campaign submission: https://support.withrealcustomers.com/index.php/meta-connection/

 

Step 3: 

Select No for Do you need an advertiser or partner created? Then, select the advertiser connected to the audience.

Step 4: 

Select your desired channel(s) from the dropdown list. Please note that certain channels will require additional information.

Next, name your order.

Purchase Order ID and Additional ID are not mandatory fields. However, they can be populated with your own unique identifiers if needed. Additional ID does not cascade into the flight. This will no longer be editable on the flight, however, a new Flight Additional ID field will be there to add your additional ID to.

Step 5: 

Select your audience. Then, click Calculate All to get your audience count.

Note: Anyone who has unsubscribed from your advertiser’s previous campaigns is automatically suppressed from your current and future audiences.

Step 6: 

If you require Bridge Creative Services, please fill in all the required information and upload any attached files/images to the order.

Step 7: 

For each product selected in your order, input the desired number of impressions and click Calculate All to see order pricing. Click Create Order once complete.

Note: POS Matchback is provided free of charge.

Step 8: 

Next, click into the product line item at the bottom and navigate to Flights.

Step 9: 

Click the [+] icon to create a new flight.

Step 10: 

Fill in the required flight information

  • Flight name
  • Start/End dates and times
  • Campaign Goal
  • Campaign Impressions (used to calculate budget)

Step 11: 

Fill in the required creative information. Please note that image upload is not mandatory. 

You may upload the images directly or provide a Dropbox link that contains multiple images. If you would like to go with this option, please put this in the additional notes section.

Please make sure you are still selecting the creative sizes in your links. 

Click Save Flight once all required fields have been entered.

Step 12a: 

Once back on the Orders page, click into the tasks tab on the right to view and approve the Review and Submit task. This will put the order into Pending Fulfillment status.

Step 12b: (FOR META ONLY)

For Meta campaigns, we require page access in order to create campaigns. You will receive a task with attached instructions to ensure page access is successfully shared.

We strongly recommend submitting Meta access request prior to your campaign being submitted.

Step 13: 

You may receive a task if creative assets are missing or do not meet guidelines. 

Edit the flight to upload new assets as needed and complete the task.

What if my campaign is running, but I want to change something?

If your campaign is running, but you need to make changes to:

  • Audience: During the course of your campaign, your audience will refresh every 30 days. No action is needed. If you want to change your audience targeting parameters, you have to cancel your order and create a new one. 
  • Creative: This can be done via an on-demand task.
  • Campaign updates: This can be done via an on-demand task.
  • Pause/resume requests: This can be done via an on-demand task.
  • KPI: You must cancel your order and start a new one.
  • Budgets: This can be done by updating the budget on both your flight and order. 
  • Start and End Dates: This can be done by updating the dates on both your flight and order.
