How to Order Campaign Activity Data (Response Data) & Match It to Your Original Audience

Response activity from your campaign is now reported on daily and easily accessible online, starting the day after deployment. 

• Why it matters: These files give you a detailed view of who engaged with your message and are easy to download and match back to your original file.

To order and access response data, follow these steps. 

How To Match Your Campaign Activity To Your Input File:

1. Download a copy of your  “audience file” in our UI. For more information on how to download your match file, (LINK TO DOWNLOAD AUDIENCE FILE) INSTRUCTIONS
2. Download your daily campaign activity file. 
3. Merge your campaign activity file to your match file using “person ID” as the merge.
