Tips for Submitting an Order Successfully

Below are best practices to help you successfully launch your order:

Audience

All orders start with a unique audience of actual people. The first step for every order is to build your audience and then click Start Campaign. 

Email Campaigns 

Multiple email sends have to be broken out into separate orders. But can be paired with display, social, etc. 

Multiple Flights on an Order

If your order that contains multiple flights needs to go live, but one flight is not ready yet, you should delete the flight that is not complete and move it into a separate order. For example, if your order includes email, display, and social and you are awaiting the social creative, you should proceed with approving the email and display flights and move the social flights to a separate order. You can still use the same audience in a separate order. 

Final Approval & Campaign Launch

All final approval tasks must be submitted before the start date of the campaign. If the start date of a campaign has passed and there are still open tasks, you will have to change the start date to reflect the new timeline. 

Please read through all of your tasks. Tasks will specify the DOs and DON'Ts for each stage of order entry. You can view tasks on the flight level or in your tasks queue. 

Note: Once a task has final approval, you cannot go back and change anything
