How far back does your reporting data go?
Our data tracks as far back as 15 months. For an email campaign, the day it goes live is considered day one.
Is there an additional charge for historical data?
No! We provide historical data free of charge for all channels aside from Email.
How long can you match sales to a campaign?
We can match your sales via our POS Matchback solution for up to 1 year after your campaign ends. Note: POS Matchback must be requested at the time of your order.
How long after my campaign will my response data report be available?
Response data can be downloaded until 30 days after the campaign ends. Note: Response data must be requested at the time of your order.
