How to View a Geographic Breakdown of Your Audience

A step-by-step guide to viewing your audience's geographic summary.

When viewing your custom audience results, you also have the ability to view your audience broken out in the following geographic groups: 

1. 1. State
   2. City, State
   3. Zip Code

Note: By default, your audiences will always be categorized by State, City, State and Zip Code on the results page. For example, if you build your audience using CBSA data, you will still see them broken out into the three groups listed above. 

1. In the audience results page, click the “Geographics” tab below your audience total. Here, you can scroll down and view your audience breakouts by location. City, State is shown first. 

 

Next, you will see breakouts by State and then Zip Code. 

 

2. If you would like to download an overview of the location breakdown only, you can do so by clicking Download Breakdown (.csv) to the right of the Geographic tab. 

3. Here is an example of an audience built using CBSA data. As you’ll see, the geographic data still automatically categorizes by City, State, State, and Zip Code.
