How to Build a Custom Audience

Let’s get started!

1. Log into Connect

2. Click the Audience icon on the left side menu.

3. Click New Audience in the top right corner.

4. Select your client from the drop-down list. 

5. Click Create a Custom Audience.

6. All audience builds start at the geographic level.

7. Please refer to the Companion Document when entering any geographic values other than State. Values must be entered correctly and with the correct punctuation. Please follow the instructions laid out in the document. 

8. Continue your audience build by clicking the desired data selects. Be sure to click Add each time.

9. Once your audience is built to satisfaction, double-check your selections on the right-hand side.

10. Click Get Audience in the top right corner.

11. Name your audience.

12. (OPTIONAL) Provide a description.

13. Click Save.
