How do I order response data?

Order response data following these simple steps.

We are excited to share that we have streamlined the Response Data process and made it automated in the platform! This means that you and your clients will be able to log into the platform within 24 hours of your campaign launching and directly download your response data file.

*IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  • RESPONSE DATA MUST BE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF ORDER
  • RESPONSE DATA CAN BE DOWNLOADED UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER THE CAMPAIGN ENDS

How it Works:

Step 1: Create your new order in Connect and select the channels your order will include. Response data can be ordered for Email People campaigns.

 

Step 2: In the measurement section, select “Yes” for Response Data. 

As a reminder, you must order Response Data at the creation of the order. You will NOT be able to order it after this point.


Step 3: Submit your order. 

Note: Within 24 hours of the campaign going live, you will be able to view your response data file. 

 

Step 4: Go to your reporting dashboard tab and open the dashboard titled, “Response Data Dashboard.”

 

Step 5: The dashboard will display all of your campaigns that include Response Data. If you do not see your campaign, make sure you filter the dates correctly in the top right of the screen.


Step 6: Click “Get Response Data” in the last column titled, “Response Data” for the campaign you are interested in.

 

Step 7: A second tab will open on your screen with the below message. 

 

Step 8: Your Response Data file will be emailed to you from “no-reply@withrealcustomers.com.” The email will contain links to your Response Data file and the Unsubscribe list. Links will expire 10 minutes after being clicked. 

 

Step 9: Repeat the above process for all response data files you would like to download. Response data files will update every 24 hours. Downloads for the same order will roll up cumulatively and will be available until 30 days after your campaign ends.

NOTE: MD5 and Income are not available in the standard layout.
