Audience Builder FAQs

Answers to all your frequently asked audience builder questions.

General Information

What is the purpose of the Audience Builder?

The Audience Builder simplifies the process of creating custom audiences using people-based data, allowing you to align targeting with your client’s specific goals. It supports actionable, measurable results by focusing on real, verified individuals.

What does "people-based" mean?

"People-based" means we focus on real, verified humans. We know their names, locations, shopping habits, interests, and media consumption preferences. This ensures that your campaigns reach actual people, not bots or fake profiles.

How often are audiences refreshed?

Audiences are automatically refreshed every 30 days to maintain quality and relevance.

How do I build a lookalike audience?

First, create a Match and Activate audience in the Audience Builder. Then, submit a data task in the Support Portal, and our team will build the lookalike audience for you.
